To clarify, yes, I see hookers on the strip and in the Casinos, dancing in cages etc, but I can't.. No dialogue option for some nookie time. I first became aware of this at the casino in Freeside. Rented a room, and she mentioned that I could hook up with some prostitutes should they wish it.. If you go to the Garden section of the Gomorrah, there is a hooker you can "Hook Up" with.
But mind you there are nudie parts in the game, so when you actually get on the bed with her, the screen turns black and you just hear moans. Sometimes you just need your speech high enough and you will get one "on the house.
