Home Instead has helped with our mother being able to remain in her home while being cared for. One of the caregivers is Kelley, which we love. She is so good with our mom and truly cares. She has that special gift which helps with the challenges that come with helping others.

Agency has bee exceptionally responsive to needs. The agency provides my mother with meals, cleaning her home, bathing, and dressing. Helps her with exercises that have been prescribed by the physical therapist. The staff arrived on time every time she comes The caregiver is very good about calling me and filling me in on my mom. The agency has been very responsive with my requests for my loved one. They overcharge for what they pay the girls. Once in awhile someone didn't show up and we weren't notified.
