I was a gymnast growing up and played many sports. Working out was always fun for me. I started teaching aerobics as a teen and taught gymnastics, fitness and kids fitness for over 20 years. My love of people and wellness inspired me to go into the medical field.
Many times I changed my plans but always stayed with in the path of wellness of mind, body and spirit. I have been a student at Northern Essex Comm. College and UMass Lowell.
