We accept insurance and private pay. At this time we do not accept Medicare plans. Echo provides outpatient therapy services to individuals, couples and families focusing on trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, depression, and anxiety.
In addition, Echo offers clinical supervision to temporary licensed or fully licensed marriage and family therapists or mental health counselors. She has been working in the mental health field since and has been licensed since Clinical interests include depression, anxiety, and stress management.
Currently welcoming new clients. Katie enjoys working with a wide range of populations and ages using a Solution Focused therapy approach. Katie has special interest in working with teenagers and parents. She specializes in working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
By integrating these approaches, she strives to help individuals overcome their challenges and improve their overall mental health and well-being.
