Are you worried that your loved one may be being abused? It is important that you get your loved one some help right away before it is too late. Vincennes has some fabulous mental health care professionals who can help. Once you get your loved one to talk about the abuse and get some help, maybe you can both get out and enjoy some of the points of interest in Vincennes. Gary Nelson. My name is Gary. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field for more than 15 years.
I am an associate faculty member with a major, nationally accredited university in Indiana. I have years of experience working with the LGBT community. My main focus of counseling has been with individuals and families, focusing on helping the family and the individual cope better with each other. A great deal of my experience has been working with persons who identify at LGBT. I believe strongly in the strength of the person, and in doing so I wish to help a person pull from their own strength to improve their lives.
I am a personable and laid back person who will not tell you what you want to hear, but instead help you find a voice to help you with just about any personal issues you may face. I look forward to working with you! Angel Johnson. I actively work as a School Social Worker in Illinois.
Prior to the COVID crisis , I worked as a subcontractor for providing home based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Working in the school realm has provided me with the opportunity to be a crisis interventionist, a change agent, and a community liaison. Yet working as a therapist allowed me strengthen my case-management skills, utilize various interventions, and individualize treatment for each client served. Abandonment, neglect, abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, undiagnosed mental health disorders, domestic violence, and substance abuse are some of the challenges faced by the clients' I have served.
I believe in the importance of building a rapport, setting boundaries, and developing a therapeutic alliance. I am a great listener, genuine, and empathetic to my clients' needs. I was born to be a Social Worker! I do not take the calling on my life to help others for granted. I am so excited to take this journey with you. I believe that remote treatment is going to revolutionize mental health. Shari Baldwin. Thank you for taking time to read my profile. I consider it an honor and a privilege to assist others on their journeys towards healing and becoming their best selves.
