With TV, and film demanding ever more nudity and sexual content, how do we work with best practice for intimate scenes? This is a two day workshop for actors, directors movement practitioners interested in exploring clear guidelines when working with intimacy from the auditioning process, through to performance on set.
For those wishing to discover and explore working with the Intimacy on Set Guidelines, we offer a workshop aimed at directors, actors, and movement practitioners see Level One, below. For those wishing to become an accredited Intimacy Coordinator with Intimacy on Set, we have developed a full programme of training and continuous development, the first step of which is the Level One workshop. Stage One 2 -3 days Introductory weekend workshop exploring IoS guidelines.
On successfully completing Stage One, participants are eligible to be considered for a place on Stage 2 to begin their training as an Intimacy Coordinator. Successful applicants will be offered a place on Stage Two. Day 1 — In the morning there will be an introduction to the intimacy work, incl. Day 2 — We will film the scenes worked on, and playback, gaining insights into how to approach intimacy, empowering you with clear guidelines when approaching this work.
