Spa treatments are available for guests 18 years of age and older. Access to The Spa facilities is exclusive to guests with spa reservations for the same day. Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 15 to 45 minutes prior to their spa appointment, starting at am, to fully enjoy the extensive spa facilities, including an Amethyst Crystal Steam Room, Vitality Pool, and Relaxation Lounge.
Spa Arrival We recommend that you arrive to The Spa 15 to 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. To ensure a holistic spa experience for each guest, kindly note that our heat and water facilities are only available prior to treatments. We recommend guests of the hotel to arrive in their robes. Appointment Information We offer our busy guests a reliable timetable; therefore, arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing your full benefit and enjoyment.
Your treatment will end on time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest. The full treatment price will apply. Weekday pricing is Monday to Thursday. Weekend pricing is Friday to Sunday and is applicable for holidays. Kindly note that availability and pricing are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
