The Walker Basin Conservancy donated more than 12, acres of land and nearly 30 miles of the East Walker River to the State of Nevada to increase public access and conserve natural resources. The donation includes several large ranches that had been closed to public access for more than years.

Visitors are invited to experience camping, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing in an idyllic country setting.
