A former Allentown police officer, already accused of raping a prostitute while on duty , is now facing charges in at least three more separate incidents, according to court records and published reports. Jason Krasley, 47, of the block of Meadowview Terrace in Upper Milford Township, now is being charged with felony rape; felony involuntary servitude; and felony sexual assault, as well as misdemeanor indecent assault and misdemeanor official oppression.
This includes the affidavits of probable cause, which lay out evidence and witness testimony in each of the cases, as the investigation continues. New charges of involuntary servitude, rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, indecent assault, and official oppression are alleged in April and January incidents.
The misdemeanor offenses of indecent assault are alleged in a January incident, according to the Morning Call newspaper. Court records show Krasley continues to be free after posting bail. Krasley earlier this month was charged in the initial case with two counts felony rape; one count felony involuntary servitude; one count felony sex assault; three counts misdemeanor indecent assault; and related offenses. His co-defendant and a current Allentown police officer, year-old Evan Jz Weaver, of the block of Clearwater Circle in Weisenberg Township, is charged with two counts felony rape; one count felony kidnapping to inflict terror; one count felony involuntary servitude; two counts felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with threat forcible compulsion; and related offenses.
Both Krasley and Weaver were arraigned Jan. In lieu of bail, Krasley initially was taken to the Lehigh County Jail. Court records show Krasley later posted bail, Weaver posted bail after the arraignment. Krasley and Weaver have bail reset hearings scheduled in February for the initial case. The pair are accused of a forcing a prostitute to perform sex acts to avoid charges and arrest. Krasley is accused in a prostitution sting operation of raping the same victim until Weaver told him to stop.
Weaver then allegedly forced the victim to perform a sex act. Krasley is named in a whistleblower lawsuit filed last year by two Allentown officers who alleged widespread misconduct in the department.
