We were going to have 5 or more guests come in for 5 massages all at the same time, and generally occupying a majority of our rooms, so it is always important to plan ahead of time for them.
Bridal parties, family reunions, or just a group of coworkers going out to treat themselves on a day out. Our receptionist will put together any combination of group massages from our clinic, and craft the perfect experience for the entire group.
Spa Parties must be reserved with a credit card held on file, provided by the Spa Party organizer. However, the credit card will only be charged if there is a cancellation that is done within our cancellation policy, or the guests do not show up for their massage. Trust us, it is better for you and better for. If you would like to cancel the Spa Party, which nobody does because they are trying to bliss the flip out, you must do so one week 7 days prior to the date of your booking in order to leave room for others to book.
If you need to make changes for some of your existing guests, please call us to make arrangements at least 72 hours prior to the date of your party. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate last minute changes to existing appointments due to room availability, so please notify us as far in advance as possible to help ensure that each of your guests can receive the services they would like.
The credit card which is left on file by the spa organizer will be charged if there is a last minute cancellation or no-show by any spa party guest. All cancellations made less than one week prior to the spa party date will be charged for the full price of the service. Upon the booking of a Private Spa Party, you may bring champagne, wine and non-cooked foods to your group massages. Finger foods like fruit, cheese and desserts are some popular choices that our guests like to bring.
