I've recently had several clients whose HSA cards were declined when they tried to use them here. One client was told that her HSA wouldn't cover massages at my business because we're categorized as a health and beauty spa. This same categorization might also affect FSA eligibility. Because of this, I strongly advise you to confirm coverage with your insurance provider before trying to use your HSA or FSA cards for my services.

Techniques applied can range from Stretching, Cupping, Myofascial Release, and other modalities.
This session will also include a full medical history, assessment, muscle testing and manual therapy. This session Does Not include a full body massage. Clinical Massage- No doctors note required. Same approach as medical massage. HSA- Can be used online and in person.
FSA- Needs doctor approval with written notes from the doctor. I do not file medical insurance but I can email a receipt for you to file for reimbursement.

Four to six sessions are recommended once a week until your 6 week follow up with your doctor.
