Camp is an excellent opportunity for your child to meet positive role models, make new friends and enhance social skills, foster independence, boost self-esteem and self-confidence, build character, experience nature, get active, try new things, and have fun and make long-lasting memories.
Confirm that the emergency contact information for you and your family members in ActiveRH is accurate. To help your first day go smoothly, please complete the Camp Authorized Participant Pickup and Sign Out Form and bring it to the first day of camp.
Campers who require prescribed medication at camp must complete the Participant Allergy and Medication Information Form and bring it to the first day of camp. Medication must be prescribed by a physician and must be stored in original containers. The medication will be kept in a locked box in the camp office. If your child develops a communicable disease during camp e. There may be additional camp specific forms that you will be required to fill in on the first day of camp, for example the camper Swim Form.
These additional forms will be available on-site where applicable. Camp check-in will start at 9 a.
