Easterseals Iowa provides exceptional services to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities. We provide a wide range of support for adults with disabilities to promote independence and opportunity. Participants in the Clients Socially Integrated program go out into the community each day to learn transferable skills leading to independent community integration.

Achieving Independent Methods is a unique managed care plan offering a full range of direct services, including employment, housing, health services, recreation, and socialization. Other services for adults include Supported Community Living , camp and respite , case management , Rural Solutions , employment services , and assistive technology.

This annual Summer Career Camp provides students with the opportunity to explore careers, build work readiness skills, interact with employers and tour local companies. It gives employers an opportunity to discuss their employment needs, what skills are needed to do these jobs, and ways to prepare to work in a related field.
