I have 4 years work experience in the field of aesthetic cosmetics. In the past engaged in 11 years of karate and in the last years was the assistant coach.
I graduated from Kyiv State University in with a degree in physical rehabilitation, and in I also completed postgraduate studies there. I also have secondary special education, thanks to which, in addition to daily massage service, I also taught children in a sports orientation school. Sport is an integral part of my life. In , I moved to Estonia. I am a Ukrainian sports acrobatics champion, a former FIFA football referee and I also like all kinds of outdoor activities.
I speak Ukrainian and Russian fluently, and English is at an intermediate level. I graduated from massage school in I have had clinical practice in this field and have worked in spa salons for years.
Have completed additional training courses sports massage, aromatherapy, lava stone massage, kinesiology. I actively keep myself up to date with professional literature. Sports massage is suitable for a physically active person. The therapist takes into account the specifics of the sport, which can cause problems in the skeletal muscle system. Commonly used massage techniques are combined with those used in the soft tissue therapy to target the deeper layers of the skin.
