We require a 4-hour cancellation or appointment adjustment notice on facial treatments and a 24 hour cancellation notice on injectable appointments. We understand that unexpected situations may arise and we will do everything we can to fit you in without disrupting other appointments. We can also prioritize your appointment for the next available time or schedule a new one for you.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule. However, at busier times such as weekends we do recommend booking an appointment to ensure we save you a pod. Skincare should work around your schedule.

Additionally, we ask that all guests complete their treatment waivers prior to their arrival. Alternatively, you will receive an email with the waiver to fill out before your treatment.
