Helen and her staff take such good care of all of my mother's needs. My mom always looks clean and combed every time I see her. Helen is gracious and courteous. She always keeps me posted of any changes that may have occurred with my mother's behavior and health. She fills me in on her virtual doctor appointments or if she's had any conversation with the medical team.
Helen is extremely easy to work with. I trust that she's giving my mother the best care! I cannot find anything negative to say about US Inns. I am so very grateful for the wonderful care they give my mother. Their home is spotless and the staff is organized. My mother feels safe there and says she is treated well and I have no doubt about that. I would give them an excellent recommendation to any one who is looking for a kind and loving place for a loved one.
