Responsibilities Plans, directs implementations, and administers all employee benefits programs including: ensuring accurate records, documents, and statement payments; HRIS and vendor site data entry and paperwork processing; and assisting employees with benefit enrollment, change of status, and plan questions.
Coordinate the data and reports to third parties conducting annual discrimination testing and b audit. Directs preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of all benefit programs.
Coordinates insurance negotiations, selects insurance brokers and carriers to review and implements placement of insurance. Prepares operational and insurance reports for management to control risks and losses.
