Pilates Instructor. Medical Massage Therapist. Nina is a licensed naprapath and certified Pilates instructor with extensive experience in both fields. She also has a foundational education as a medical massage therapist. After her graduation, Nina started working as a licensed naprapath at Studiopilates in Helsingborg. There she successfully treated patients with chronic pain and helped numerous people achieve a higher quality of life with less pain.
Nina also has a long athletic career in martial arts, roller derby, strength training, as well a great interest in practicing classic pilates herself. Emilia is a certified medical massage therapist, PT,. For over 10 years, she's been helping people live healthier lives through group fitness. With a deep understanding of health and well-being, Emilia focuses on holistic wellness, offering personalized massage and training plans.
She's passionate about supporting you on your fitness journey. Emilia has a special interest in supporting you who wants to feel strong both during and after a pregnancy. With a background in tennis, Emilia now focuses on functional training, powerlifting, and enjoys taking on various fitness challenges.
