This is my second time staying at this hotel. My first-time experience was fantastic, great location and very convenient, surrounded by restaurants and stores, nearby metro station, walking distance to hospital.
All the great things aside, the second stay was the most horrifying night I have ever stayed in a hotel. In the middle of the night, we had to change our rooms and couldn't sleep with the fear of getting bitten. Highly recommended if not the bed bugs. Very cost-effective, located in the heart of downtown, convenient for subway, easy to walk, friendly service, unique experience of prison building.
I will stay here again. Nice experience in jail hostel Ottawa and nice memories in Canada. The place itself I would classify it as a high class motel rather than an hotel in my opinion. The two queen beds we had were great and clean and so was the washroom. The room could have been tidied up a bit more but overall was okay.
The hotel does not have room service. Breakfast was included for our stay and it was your standard breakfast, but it was good and you could not go wrong with it. Overall it's a decent place, if location is all that matters and you are willing to sacrifice a little bit on the service then this place is good for you.
A quaint quality inn in centre ville Montreal,outside is deceiving,interior is neat clean tidy somewhat small room,BUT it suits the locale,greeted by Larissa a very outgoing helpful. Larissa went out of her way to order a cab for the morning ride to cruise terminal,we were going to use the metro,but she advised against it.
