Very easy access to metro and city center. Staff were all friendly and room was quiet and spacious. Rooftop bar offers a great view and good place to get a drink late night. Perfectly placed outside of town but well connected.
Highly recommend. I stayed here because I was meeting some friends who were finishing their cruise here. I knew the location was terrible minutes from any thing of interest. The infrastructure seems not able to deal with the number of hotel guests. Breakfast was a problem very long waits for coffee.
Some people had to wait twenty minutes for cutlery. The floor of the overflow room was filthy. If you have to stay here, don't pay extra for a high floor Then vacuuming. They should have been cleaning the breakfast room. The staff, with the exception of one server in the lounge and the woman who took room numbers were pleasant, and tried to solve problems. I asked to have my gluten-free bread toasted in the kitchen, it was stone cold but they couldn't do it.
They could at the 2 star hotel I stayed at in Bordeaux. Read All Reviews. All the basics were there and we had good stay 6 nights. Value for money! We also have vegan diet but staff from kitchen didn't speak good enough English to tell what is vegan and what is not. You would need a laptop to use as a wifi repeater to bypass this. There were bed bugs They did move my room but as above accused me of having brought them in. I really didn't sleep for the rest of the trip except with a scarf wrapped around my face and a raincoat on!
