I booked it with Sydney not solely due to availability, but because she's well-versed in trigger point therapy. Sydney focused on what I needed the most work done, my upper back and my hips. I easily get stressed and that compromises my posture. I also have weak hips. What I can't emphasize enough is Sydney really knows her stuff! You would have thought she was in physical therapy school as well!
