There are stairs in the apartment leading up to the loft. It is possible to arrive at Palazzo Visconti by car to drop off the luggage, but the nearest parking is available in Viale Lecco, about meters from the apartment.
You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. In high season, expect the streets to be busy all day long. In winter, it is usually quieter. Tickets can be obtained from the driver cash only or in designated places bus station in Piazza Matteotti in Como, bars, and tobacco stores. Taxis are also available.
