We create a rehabilitation plan unique to you for a one on one hour session with a physical therapist compared to other physical therapy companies that only have time for cookie cutter plans. We make you the priority! Our goal is to get you pain free to return to your daily activities, work, or sport. We accomplish this by finding the root of the problem, not the temporary relief.
We provide a variety of manual therapies, neuromuscular facilitations, and exercises. We create lifetime relationships with our clients. Their time with us does not end when the session is over, they are checked on by phone and given plans based on their rehab needs following their session. This option truly gets to the root of the problem to give you permanent relief and return you to your active lifestyle.
Treatments are the follow up appointments once the evaluation is completed. This option does not include an evaluation or correction of the root of the problem.
Suggested for individuals that have completed their physical therapy treatments and need a touch up. These sessions are to release stress and tension, provide relief from symptoms, heal injuries and support wellness. These sessions are designed to target trigger points and release tension in muscle groups or areas of discomfort.

Includes 1-on-1 workouts with a physical therapist or personal trainer in the gym. Includes workouts a week written by a physical therapist or personal trainer.
