Develop a professional, warm, and caring relationship with each client while providing services as described in each individualized client care plan. These services may include any of the following:. Companionship services such as outings, walks, drives and other physically and mentally stimulating activities. Assistance with personal care such as toileting, bathing, dressing, etc. Accompaniment to doctors or other appointments, and relaying information to appropriate sources.
Chores around the house such as laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, linen changes, etc. Monitoring and assisting with transfers and physical exercise regimes. Respect the rights of clients and families to have different beliefs, opinions, cultures and customs.
