At the start of each session, I will go through your current health and needs with you in a brief, yet thorough consultation in order to make the best massage plan for your benefit.
Near the end of your session, I will check-in on your level of improvement from treatment. We can then discuss any recommendations I have for you to maintain your feeling of well being.
