Thank you for the many years of excellent service. Anonymous I feel I was taken advantage of I brought my car there to have it checked out for a noise I heard coming from the front.
I said yes I am keeping the car. So I had them fix it all. The noise has gotten worse and come to find out remember this was the original reason for bringing it in there is an exhaust leak and I need front brakes and 2 new tires!!! None of the other things needed to be done other than it was maintenance. The people are amazing to work with and the prices are extremely fair and the service is fantastic. I recommend Peabody sunoco to all my family and friends I wouldn't go anywhere else.
They are courteous, efficient and I know that if something is not right, I can go back. They pull your car in for inspection stickers, and there is a nice waiting room with a television.
I even got a ride home when I dropped my car off. Nick, Paul, and the crew have always treated me fairly, honestly, and promptly. I bring 5 of my cars there for service and couldn't be happier with the quality of service and the professionalism of the owner and employees. They have always provided the highest level of service including the interaction with the customer.
I look no place else for my car repair needs. Nick treats all his customers like family. The service is always prompt and courteous. His mechanics are well trained and technically up to date and keep me informed on the status of any repairs. I'd definitely refer friends to Peabody Sunoco.
