Demonstrate your technical background and domain knowledge to engineering, architects, UX, and DevOps teams, providing clear requirements, writing specifications, ensuring technical feasibility, and running the backlog. Leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize product initiatives, make informed technical decisions, and enhance product functionality. Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators KPIs to assess product performance, measure success for new features, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Support team, providing technical insights and product knowledge to better assist customers. Gather and analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer requirements by engaging with internal and external stakeholders. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role e. Strong technical background with proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
