A man was arrested after stealing an SUV, running from police, and crashing into two vehicles, injuring four people. Police said the driver refused to stop and struck two other vehicles at Columbia Drive and Exchange Trail. EMS crews responded and took four people to nearby hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect ran, but was found by police in the block of Knollberry Lane.
