Without these booking fees, we would not be able to provide you with this ticketing service. The booking fee is not refundable under any circumstances, even if the promoter cancels the event and asks us to return your ticket money. If the Organiser has reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold for such purposes, they may be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
