Sex Ed Squad is a fun after school program where youth learn and build skills around various sensitive health topics.
Squad members are trained peer health educators and present Condom and Barriers and Healthy Relationship lessons to their peers every semester and are also trained to distribute free condoms on JUHSD campuses.
Squad has several fun events and activities that happen throughout the year, our most popular being SQUAM squad prom. Sex Ed Squad recruits new members every fall from August to mid-September. Young people ages can get free condoms from the Daly City Youth Health Center; just ask for a brown bag.

All teens over the age of 12 have the right to access confidential sexual health appointments during school hours. Each school has a different release policy around this, and unfortunately some schools are unaware of these rights.
