All incidental fees are also non-refundable during this period. February Feb. March March 7:Last day to drop course s or withdraw from full-year or week winter course s without failure and for possible tuition adjustment assessed at course rate. No forms will be accepted after this date. April 4: Classes end. May May 26 - May Winter term deferred examination period.
An appeal for a deferred examination must be submitted to the academic unit in which the course is offered. The deferred examination dates are confirmed, if approved, in writing from the petitions committee. Jan 6: Tuition fees due for 1st and 2nd six-week courses for Winter. April 7 - Apr 8: Study days. April 9 - Apr Final examinations - Students are advised not to make travel commitments during this time.
