The launch event was cheerful, and the night train ride to Innsbruck went smoothly. However, in the morning, the train unexpectedly did not continue into Italy due to an issue with the local operator.
To support affected passengers, European Sleeper arranged alternative travel between Innsbruck and Italy on the morning of 6 February, allowing them to continue their journey on regular express trains along this route. The same approach will apply to passengers returning from Italy on Sunday, 9 February, who will board the night train to Brussels in Innsbruck in the evening.
European Sleeper is doing everything possible to ensure that future departures continue to Italy as planned. Passengers with bookings on these trains will be informed shortly.
