An American Airlines plane collided with a military helicopter crashing into the Potomac River near D. Tomas Fisher, a former Spanish teacher at the high school, pleaded guilty in December to sexual battery of a child 16 or 17 years old.

According to Skaug, the dean of students found Fisher and the victim in a dark room with the door locked.
The dean failed to report the incident to his supervisors or the child's parents, the attorney claims. The claim was referred to the district's liability insurance provider and its legal team.
