I bring the relaxation of massage therapy to you in the comfort of your own space. This reduces the stress of getting to and from an appointment in town.
The treatment is carried out in a chair and lasts approx. The upper back, shoulders, tops of the arms, head and face are massaged.
A light oil is used to reduce friction on the skin, no oil is used on the hair. For ladies a towelling wrap should be worn to allow the upper back and shoulders to be treated. This treatment is carried out on a massage table. It's a low pressure relaxing style of massage. You are covered at all times and only the area being treated is exposed. Generally only lower under garments are worn. This treatment last approx. Space required for table 3m x 1. This treatment is similar to the above but with additional techniques.
The pressure is higher and intended to release muscle adhesions following injury or sports participation. State of undress as above. This treatment lasts approx.
