We request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service so that you may relax, have a complimentary beverage, change and fill out any forms that may be necessary.
We are committed to offering our guests a reliable timetable so your service will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment. To reserve an appointment time of one hour or longer, a valid credit card will be required at time of booking and kept on file.
We kindly request a hour notice of cancellation. The credit card or gift card on file will be charged. For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under 12 years of age who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the main reception area. Absolutely no children under the age of 12 are permitted in the spa area unless receiving services.
For your comfort, robes, slippers and color smocks are provided during your visit. Special attention to your privacy, comfort and relaxation are observed with professional draping procedures during all facial treatments. We offer our guests a chance to relax and escape for a while in a quiet atmosphere.
Please enjoy quiet conversation and refrain from cell phone usage. Please leave jewelry and valuables at home. Gift cards may be purchased in any denomination. They may be redeemed for services or products. While they are transferable, no refunds can be given. Tangerine Salon Spa is not responsible for lost gift cards.
