Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

A 60 day notice condos or 90 day notice houses or days rentals for more than 13 nights from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the condo and everything was just as pictured.
It was very clean and spacious for our entire family. If you have a truck, parking is difficult due concrete columns outlining half the spots. We would definitely stay here again. The condo was great. Wonderful location, beautiful view. There are a few updates needed. The beds mattress in both of the larger rooms need to be replaced.
