North Strabane Township police arrested five people Friday after an investigation into local spas suspected of prostitution. Wang, 53, and Mock, 59, both of North Strabane, each face felony charges of corrupt organizations, dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, criminal use of a communication facility and promoting prostitution. Also charged are three employees who police accuse of performing sex acts on undercover officers in exchange for money.
According to the criminal complaints, the investigation began Oct. Charging documents state that Mock owned multiple vehicles registered to both himself and Wang. Officers surveilled Mock and saw that he transported workers between both spas.
He also allegedly retrieved the mail at both locations on a near-daily basis. On Nov. According to the complaint, she performed a sex act on the officer and then requested a tip.
Ouyang, Luo and Miao are all accused of similar activity. The three are each charged with a felony of being an employee of corrupt organizations and a misdemeanor of promoting prosecution.
Ouyang and Luo also face a misdemeanor of indecent assault. Court records accuse both of not asking permission before beginning to perform sex acts on undercover officers.
