The location was great! The staff was really helpful and breakfast was a wide range of breads, fruits, and other foods to get your day started. There are many great places to eat and beautiful places to visit near by! There's even parking, which is perfect because it's often hard to find in the center of the city!
The room was big, the food was great, the the air cond is leaking a lot of water! The air conditioner does not have a drain system, condensed water just drop out of air conditioner and onto the floor. We had an overnight in Lavras on our way to Serra da Canastra.
The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a nice fresh breakfast. The staff and owner were all very helpful and friendly. Service is OK, a bit slow sometimes. It was fairly pleasant. The place is a bit expensive, but facilities are excellent. They server a great breakfast. The front staff speak english, but there are still challenges in communication! Experience for an english speaking travel can be improved. We just laughed at stupid staff but the situation could have been a different one.

The hotel has nice and clean rooms. Free wifi and acces to a gym with pool.
Friendly service and a great locatioN! The hotel is quite old but still looks in good shape. A little expensive for the facilities but okay. Absolutely fantastic Dropped only one point and that's location Having said that after dark we have had the same feeling in other Brazilian major cities.. Just be streetwise Please don't let us put you off staying here location will not stop us returning next time in BH. We booked and immediately got confirmation and peace of mind that we made the right choice.
