Key Responsibilities: Social Media: Support the development and implementation of innovative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Assist with the management of external agencies and oversee content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content in alignment with the monthly content calendar and current campaigns. Support all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, video editing, copywriting, and graphic design. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and oversee the production, editing, and posting of Instagram and TikTok content.
Research competitor activity and platform best practices to inform strategies. Travel to franchise locations to capture boutique team content. Brand Standards: Help to maintain The NOW's brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all social platforms to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience. Performance Tracking: Help to monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing monthly insights for optimization.
