They will be a driven, resourceful, innovative, and compassionate individual leading the front-of-house team by example. An ability to work well in a team- oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment is essential. Detailed knowledge of the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, superior customer service skills, and experience as a supervisor as this position will have 5 direct reports.
Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings frequently. Moderate level of stress. Occasional travel within the local or regional setting may be required.
