And, Over a four-hour session, we go slow and deep into the tissues and hold loving space for them to be seen, felt and expressed to allow integration and healing from them. This is a sacred sexual space. Sexual energy is a potent healing force and is welcome to arise, although it is not expected. The bodywork journey is designed to open the pathways and awaken sexual energy without direct genital touch. Towards the end stages of a session, there is optional space for de-armouring and trauma release of the pelvic area and Yoni.
Sessions with me are held with honour and integrity. Consent, safety, boundaries and communication are of top priority to enable you to go deep into your process. Trust is Key. I am also trauma-informed, which I feel is a necessary being as though most people carry trauma of some degree.
