In a session with Meagan, you can expect calm and grounded space holding and the incorporation of intuitively implemented techniques that stem from Thai massage, Tui Na Chinese Medical Massage , deep tissue, myofascial release and Swedish styles of massage.

Meagan also teaches private classes and plans to begin offering a regular prenatal class soon as well as baby and me classes. Teaching Prenatal Yoga is close to Meagan's heart. Now she offers prenatal yoga periodically as a series and is looking to hold regular classes, location pending.
