People are nice and helpful, thanks to the lady at the reception I managed to print a ticket for 2Cellos - without it I wouldn't enter cause they don't have scanners to read a ticket on smartphone screen. But the concert itself was also sad, maybe cause of those strings sound. I don't know what happened but most likely will visit Zagreb in a few years again and stay at some better place. I have a safety concern and it is that the code to access the main door is the same one to your room door, so unless everyone has a different code for both the main door and their room door which is the same , any of the other residents can basically access your room since everyone shares the same code.
