Located at the heart of Union City, TN, Adult Leadership Obion County, hosted by the Obion County Chamber of Commerce, is dedicated to cultivating and enhancing leadership skills among emerging and existing leaders in our community.
This program offers a dynamic and comprehensive exploration of various industries and sectors within Obion County, highlighting their impact on our local economy and fostering community development. Each year, from September to May, participants engage in tailored sessions that provide deep insights into critical areas such as agriculture, healthcare, education, economic development, and public services.
These sessions are designed to inspire new ideas and potential growth opportunities, address community needs, and foster a robust network of professional relationships. Program highlights include a Welcome Reception, Team-Building Day, Legislative Day, and special projects that directly benefit the community.
Our mission is to motivate participants to apply their leadership skills effectively in their workplaces and within the broader Obion County community. The program culminates in a graduation ceremony in May, celebrating our leaders' achievements and ongoing commitment to enhancing the quality of life in Obion County.
