Things happen! If you have to cancel an appointment after paying for services, you will receive a credit on file with no expiration. We do not provide refunds for services once purchased, but you can use that credit towards any future Pamper Us service. No Refunds are provided for any service once paid. Do you have the option to request a massage therapist by name on our intake forms if you have utilized our services before. All therapists are provided with a digital business card that you can take a picture of to book them again in the future.
You also have the option to choose your gender of choice for massage therapists on our intake forms. Massage Therapists: Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time to set up. If there are any delays they are provided with your telephone number, so please be sure to answer any unknown calls within an hour of your appointment time.
