About 5 or 6 staff members turn around every day. Any need can be handed over to a personal butler. The hotel is very safe. If you don't book, you are not allowed to enter the resort. Best Place.

Amazing team. Nobu Residences Los Cabos. Carretera Transpenisnsular Km 7. This is a great resort, one of the better all inclusive because so many restaurants to choose from and three properties to access. Was very impressed with the covid procedures in place. Better than the US. My assigned butler Daniela was terrific. Available all hours to ask questions, makes reservations, find anything you need, she was my go-to the whole trip. Run tabs at the pool or bars.
They request you sign your bill for everything you order every time you order. Makes accounting for your bill at the end of your stay a nightmare. I was so tired of saying my room number by the end of my stay.
Vista and Hacienda Encantada, both beautiful properties a-joining and accessible. We cannot say enough about the staff, just incredible. They make sure your days and nights are fantastic.
