During college I performed in multiple dance and spoken word showcases, as well as co-choreographed an interpretive dance piece.
I have taught swim lessons to young children, outdoor education to adolescents, and English as a Second Language to adults. I am drawn to the intentional focus on the pelvic floor and somatic awareness. It encourages us to unite the the practical and the spiritual by increasing our awareness of anatomy and function while connecting energetically to our sacred selves. As we tune into our bodies we become a channel of our beautiful life force and we can use that practically to heal ourselves as we show up to our daily lives with renewed presence.
