Mindfulness massage reduces stress and tension in the body, improves sleep quality and helps you stop in the middle of your busy everyday life. The treatment is also energizing and can be done once or as a series of treatments.
At the beginning of the service, you can choose whether you want a head or foot massage. The massages on the head and feet are a combination of massage and treatment of acupoints.
