My dad has been attending The Lodge for a few months now and I am so glad that we chose your centre, it has had a massive improvement to their every day well being. Dad looks forward to going and is keen to leave as soon as I arrive to take him - no time for chit chat!
Michael, June and Zahra are kind, patient and engaging people who care for their guests with compassion and are always helpful. The Lodge itself is a lovely warm and welcoming environment where I know my dad feels safe. He enjoys all the activities available - cycling round the park on bikes adapted for those with a physical disability with Michael, spending time reminiscing with June about his Royal Navy days to name just a few. He especially loves all the home cooked food and always leaves rested and relaxed which is so important for both mum and dad.
I know that she is grateful to have found The Lodge as she knows dad is happy there and he is well looked after. This has had a huge impact on her health and well being too. I cannot speak too highly of the personalised service you give, and your patience in encouraging him to spend time in a different environment, including having an excellent lunch on each occasion.
