With so many places to see though, it can be a challenge to find the right place to spend your holiday. What do you do? The thing about Phuket is, you can find everything here. Whether you want backpacking on a shoestring, ridiculous luxury, spas and massages, adventure sports, culture and architecture, surfing, history, hedonism, cuisine, non-stop partying, Muay Thai training, yoga, or just a regular beach holiday, you can get it all here on this southern Thai island.
If you want a quiet secluded beach and privacy, Patong is out. You want somewhere like Mai Khao, or maybe Surin or Karon. As you can see — your holiday will be very different depending on where you decide to stay.
